"It was a last minute booking and paid way too much for what we got ( my fault) Wish I would have known it was more of a family vibe. Lots of kids in the hot tub. Never had any towels out. Getting in and out of the elevators was CRAZY… checking in was awful, trying to get in that crowded parking lot to get your things to your room. Next time I want to go to Myrtle Beach it will be a much smaller place."

""Ocean view" is a view of the parking lot. Apparently, if you want to have a room on the ocean you need to look for "ocean front". The toilets are very hard to flush and require multiple flushes. Could not open the patio door unless two people pushed (We are not weak). There was blood on the white comforter."

"Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The room was not up to an acceptable standard, and the bathroom was not clean when we arrived. Additionally, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, causing excessive condensation after taking hot showers. The condensation made the bathroom floor wet and slippery, so I had to use one of our towels to dry the floor to prevent anyone from slipping. "The door did not properly close the beds was small my microwave did not work the staff was not very welcoming I will not stay here again"
