"We absolutely loved this place! The sunset on one side and the beach on the other was great. Watching the tide rise and fall on the Cape Fear reserves was a nice surprise. We hadn't been to this area since the early 90's so it was good to be back. Parking at the restaurants was a little tricky, but the Wrightsville area is definitely worth a visit. Our room was a privately owned condo and was nicely decorated, with a small library and games. There wasn't a lot of storage or closet space, but I'm sure every room is different."

"This place is rather dated and needs several upgrades in the rooms. The sinks are very shallow, no vanity space at. Needs new paint. Staff is friendly and very welcoming. Overall good location close to River walk, battle ship, downtown shops, and the convention center."

"The hotel had easy access to the beach and has a pool, there’s a bar right by the pool and coffee bar right in the lobby. It’s so convenient. They don’t have a lot of garage parking but there’s parking uncovered. The staff is great at the front desk, housekeeping, the shuttle service. I will say the food onsite for breakfast wasn’t bad, but the wait staff was not as friendly. The room was very clean. All in all it was such a great trip! They do have a resort charge $30/night, so just keep that in mind!"
