"Bed sheets were pilled. Definitely heed the other reviews and get a top floor room. Def could hear someone above. Heard a big thump in the middle of the night."

"Me and my husband stayed 2 nights this past weekend for father’s day. We love hyatts because they're always clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, this is our first bad experience with one. When we walk into our room there was still garbage on the floor under the table, hair on the toilet, and a bug under our sheets. Not the absolute worst hotel I've ever seen but we left very disappointed."

"Our room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were very well kept with beautiful flowers and lights. Breakfast was good…very clean. 8/10 (for breakfast) .The girl at the front desk was my favorite part… she always greeted us with a smile and wave. Ask if there was anything we need each time! I would definitely recommend for a good price, clean, safe, friendly spot close to everything on CT shore line and activities."

"Well what can we say.......we stay here every 6 mos ....the rooms adequate good air clean enough....close to casino and beaches....outside of that the weekend LIMO is the best....we think then driver is great and the location ...perfect for a quick shower clean up!"

"The place is in dire need of a makeover. In the bathroom... No exhaust fan... Hinges and towel racks are rusted... Wall paper is peeling off the walls... Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot... Door has noticeable cracks. The front half of the room had no lights. Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again."

"The look of the hotel was beautiful. but at the outside seating area there were cigarette butts all over the ground even with receptacles available. I suggest making hotel property smoke free. Also when I checked in the front desk ran my card twice for incidentals (total $300) when i noticed it on my bank account i came down to the front desk. They said it was there mistake but could no refund me the $. I was given free breakfast for 2 days"

"There were stairs at each entrance so luggage had to be carried, no ramp. Everything was pretty old looking although clean enough. The WiFi was pathetically slow and difficult to connect to. The breakfast started at 7:00 which was too late for me, I had to leave each morning at seven. It’s not terrible but I’m used to better."

"The room was very clean. The staff, especially Mateo at the front desk, was very help ful. He helped me with the WiFi and even came up to our room and closed the curtains for us. We had an enjoyable stay and would stay there again. I would recommend the courtyard Marriott in Norwich without hesitation."
