Great accommodations on a beautiful sprawling farm. Serving farm fresh dishes for both breakfast and dinner if you choose to dine there. Friendly staff and the owner was a delight to get to know.

Only stayed one night but one of the highlights of our holiday. The area around the hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and it was very quiet. Staff were friendly and the breakfast included for such a cheap rate was a great bonus!!! Really impressed with the value for money here

The guesthouse was located in a beautiful countryside area just a couple of miles off the main road from Myvatn. The staff was friendly, and we liked that they had postcards, stamps, and some locally made Icelandic wool sweaters for purchase. Our room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated its private bathroom. We visited the restaurant for some evening wine to relax after a day of travel, and the breakfast was tasty and convenient before we headed out to continue our adventure.

Incredible landscape. Very clean. Good size and practical, everything fits. Good beds. Trash emptied daily. Included breakfast is plentiful, diverse and high quality with lots homemade including geysir bread. Good location. Great value.

Really nice and special experience to stay at this farm. Good tasting «lava-bread» was kind of the best about it, and also the outside bath-tub (not bubbles). Too many mosquitos this summer, but nothing to do about that!

This was a lovely guest house in a beautiful setting. The meal we had for dinner was outstanding as well. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The driveway was long and unpaved, but I was able to take it slowly without any problems.

Just love this place - comfortable, small, on sheep/cattle farm and so enjoyed their herding process. Bed comfy dinner and breakfast excellent Hot tub was delightful highly recommend oh, no tour groups !

My son and I were traveling and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was close to many sites. The breakfast was great and had so many choices. We also celebrated my birthday with dinner here. The food was very good and our waiter was fabulous!!

The cottage is in a farm, a bit off the main road and a little bit far from Myvatn tourist attractions. Though, Beautiful scene, nice restaurant and wonderful breakfast made it a nice stay.

Enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was particularly good. Staff helpful only issue was getting large bags up to third floor steep steps no assistance offered. Two older women were struggling more than us. Nice place , recommended
