"I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. You don’t get to build a completely see-through glass sliding door and call it a one bedroom simply because the living room and bedroom are now separated by that see through glass wall. Bugs, leaky showers, loose bathroom tiles… had to call maintenance just to get my laundry out of the washing machine… furniture was very old and VERY uncomfortable… laminate missing in the kitchen, dirty dishes… I...

"Room was so much in disarray and unidentified stains all over the sofa, I had to call and request a room change. They did however change me into a studio from a two bedroom. I am supposed to be getting 2/3 of my pay back, but that has yet to be seen. Every month and weekend there seems to be a festival (loud music) in Mactan Cebu; the bass is so loud it rattles the windows in the condo. I checked out early at 10 pm because this festival on 21 Feb 2026. It was still going at 10:45 pm and slotted...

"Cockroaches everywhere...can of bug spray left on top of refrigerator so you can play exterminator...very rusty pipes leaking under sink creating a breeding ground for cockroaches...two toilets with weak flush that clog...air-conditioner in master BR stopped working after 20 minutes...almost all remote controls had dead batteries...peeling wood work...master bed has a slump worn into the spring...too much...avoid until the owner fixes and brings back to code."

"This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again. "
