"I booked two family rooms and upon check in, me and my family went inside the room. Beds were made, however the room was full of cobwebs and dusts everywhere. The toilet hasn’t got a flush, the shower wasn’t working. I asked why wasn’t the room cleaned prior to us arriving. Staff told me they didn’t have anybody to clean due to staff days off. We were appalled and shocked with our accommodation and after an hour me and my family left and looked for an alternative accommodation. We couldn’t stay...

Bed is average, 1 pillow/bed which is not so comfortable but ok for the room price. No hook or something to hang your clothes. No extra slippers.

"The location is good but the room just really needs to be cleaned especially the bathroom. Shower curtain needs to be replaced or at least cleaned or washed. Molds are gross and growing up! Towels need to be tossed away and need to be replaced as well. But all the staff are very helpful."
