"We truly enjoyed our stay at Volcano Ranch. It is super convenient to Volano Park, but also a gem unto itself. The animals are delightful and our room overlooking the pond was super warm and cozy on a cool, rainy day. Every detail has been considered to make your stay here as comfortable as possible. Would definitely stay again should we ever be in the area!"

"I've travelled a lot over the last 4 decades and Kona Palace has the best view of any property I've stayed in. It is cozy and secluded and it was amazing just to sit on the patio and watch the sun come up from the side of a mountain! The surrounding foliage is beautiful and the accomodations are comfortable. The cherry on top was finding we had a hot tub!"

"My stay at the Volcano Forest Inn exceeded expectations. It was the perfect setting and quite the adventure driving in the light rain a few hundred yards down a dirt road surrounded by thick trees to finally arrive at this beautiful Inn nestled in the Volcano Forest. Jon texted very detailed instructions and information prior to my arrival which was very useful as well as welcoming. If I texted a question, he would promptly respond. Jon was there to greet me as I drove up and was very friendly...

The room was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, and all the small touches showed how much care the staff puts into maintaining the place. The tiny garden outside was especially lovely. "We checked in on the 1st of December and arrived around 8 p.m. Our keys and packet were waiting for us at the kiosk with no issues. Our room was amazing—quiet, convenient, and clean. The property was clean as well. We messaged for room service, and they came with no issues. Extra amenities were available in the lobby too. We were there for six nights, and I will definitely be staying again. I would recommend checking in before dark—the road is kind of tricky to find."
