The room service was top notch and housekeeping A grade. As foreigners who couldn’t speak Japanese we’d like to thank the hosts of this hotel for your utmost patience with us. "Beware of this place. I booked it because of the price and because it offered free parking. There was 6 parkings which had already been filled up and I had to go park like 5 minutes away and pay 500yen. Then I walked into the room and there was 2 small stains on the comforter, I moved it away to check out the mattress and to my dismay there was a whole pool of dried blood on the comforter as well as a handprint in blood!
