Holiday Inn Express And Suites Nacogdoches Southwest by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"I just left from a 2 night stay at this hotel and I can honestly say this was the best hotel experience I’ve had. The room was spotless, every staff member we interacted with was friendly and smiling. Breakfast was great and had options of everyone! Check in and out was quick and easy! Anytime we are back in Nacogdoches, that’s where we will be staying!"
"The staff was courteous and professional. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The property was set back from the road and was quiet. The operation of the A/C unit was also quiet."
"We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was very spacious with a large sofa and desk with ample workspace. The closet was huge as well. The room was very quiet and had blackout shades that made it dark for sleeping. Breakfast was good with a nice assortment of waffles, eggs, toast and bagels. Oatmeal, cold cereal and yogurt were also available. Coffee and various teas were available as well. Overall a very nice place to stay. "
"The hotel was great. The front desk staff was wonderful and helpful with my car problems and late checkout. The bed was great. The decor was quaint with the 50-60's look.
Restaurant was somewhat disappointing. Food was mediocre. Service was pathetic. "
"Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Towels were thin and tub caulking needed maintenance. However, it was a comfortable stay for the price. "
"For the total of 10hrs we were there, basically to sleep and shower the hotel was decent. The room was clean, bed was freshly made with good pillows, sheets and blankets.
The a.c worked well . The bathroom was fine and shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. The front desk staff was very nice.
The hotel itself was old and run down, parking lot is sketchy, doors from outside to inside don't lock, carpet on stairs and in hallway was old and nasty.
We could smell what other guest's were smoking outside their rooms as we walked to ours.
Hallway was also loud.
For 1 night to sleep and shower it was decent but I wouldn't stay more than that or stay there again.
