The service was great. Had asked for a room move and it was done straight away. The room service was good but the condition of bathroom was not the best. The vanity top damaged and shower had mould. Also shower screen is not big enough as the water leaks through. Breakfast was great. Overall good would come back.

There is no shuttle service between airport and hotel. Room was okay but nothing extraordinary. Dinner was hopeless quality and overpriced! Avoid eating there if you can. Okay for 1 nite stay if you're transitting Nadi.

Poor customer service cockroches in Bathroom
On bed as well
Twice our room door was left opened when I was not around.
Air-conditioning not working very noisy couldn't sleep reported to manager on duty nothing was done to fix Air-conditioning.
I will Not stay again or recommend anyone for this hotel.

The Mercure Hotel is a good place to stay with everything close by. The staff are friendly especially at breakfast, pool and tennis court is good, the only problem we had was at dinner time the bar staff couldn’t add up and always over charged us for our meals and drinks,

The staff were so lovely and the food was delicious (both breakfast and dinner!!). My friend and I spent our 4 days there relaxing and drinking pina coladas, and taking advantage of the pool, the hammock and daybeds by the pool, and even added in a visit to their spa spa. For what we got, our spa package was so lovely - we loved the massage and facial! We had a great visit :)

I recommend this for short stays. Its close to resturants and shops. A drive away from Wailoloa beach and airport. Room was clean and tidy. The staff and service are always good.

The resort was amazing! Spacious and generous size for the villa rooms, very clean and air con on point. The service of staff was great, the food options awesome and overall facilities fantastic. Downside is the beach aside from that would recommend.

The friendly staffs made the checkin so easy for us. My daughter enjoyed the pool a lot. The hotel was old but the location was handy to everything. Continental buffet breakfast was good, a lot of options and the omelette man did a great job! The only 2 things bothered us were the flies and the noisy aircon!

Other than the rooms needing updating, this hotel was a good place to base ourselves before and after a multi day stay on one of the islands. The restaurant is good and staff helpful, and with breakfast included it is worth the price.

Great local feel
The location is great for a real local feel of Nadi. The free breakfast was amazing, I am American so I love all curry, dahl, and cassava chips, and yummy fruit. I got bit by bugs in the room, the plumbing leaked in the sink of the bathroom and the pillows covers smelled like perfume. I would stay again though.

Made a last minute booking as Tokatoka were full for the night. Really happy with staff who were accommodating. The pricing is very good free breakfast which is always nice.
Clean rooms, strong AC, clean bathrooms. Really nice pool area eating areas.
