The property's location is quite central, which is a positive. The surroundings need to to be cleaned up. Within the complex, there is limited eating facilities n hence not many options available. Also there should be a restaurant in for late dining or for patrons arriving late. Also would suggest having a courtesy shuttle van for pick up and drop off to and from the Airport,even if its for a small fee.

Perfectly adequate
Certainly not a luxury hotel, the Ratsun was the place I chose to stay for a layover -- our flight home was the next day. The main negative: there was no natural light in the room. But the bed and bathroom were fine, and the reception was friendly. Not a place I'd want to stay for an extended period, but it was clean and safe for a night. A grocery store and a small place to eat (buffet/tables) are adjacent, which is a plus. It's a 10-Fijian-dollar taxi ride to the airport.

Great for the price
Good hotel for the price. Some minor maintenance issues, such as one lift broke down for 24hours during our stay, however customer service was excellent and swiftly directed us to a second lift. Friendly customer service, good security and free parking.

They are the best; I would recommend them to my friends and families whenever they are travelling to Fiji. The best thing about Ratsun Nadi Apartment is that the location is very good, there is a food court on the 1st floor and shopping center on the ground floor which is very accessible :-) and they have the best customer service. Very centrally located. Spacious well appointed apartment. Generally tidy. Furniture needs cleaning/updating as stains were very visible. One lift was out of order leaving only 1 available which was shared by a lot of people including shoppers and the general public making wait times long. Staff were extremely helpful going out of their way to assist.

Great spot
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Since traffic was stop and go, we walked from the airport with our luggage, which wasn’t too bad. We loved the grocery store that is just downstairs. The only potential issue (not for us though), was that the air conditioner was loud. We are already planning our return!

The property was poorly maintained, needed a lot of upkeep. The room wasn't clean enough, the bed sheets had hair and stains on it. When we asked for new sheets, it took over an hour for them to bring it. Skip this, there are better airport hotels around.

Requested delivery of a blanket and I was told to pay $20. This made me really upset because this seemed unreasonable. I was feeling unwell and felt cold even with no A/C. Asked delivery of hair dryer since there wasn't any in the room and it didn't show up for more than an hour. I am not sure if it was delivered at all. There was cockroach in the utensil drawer. The room I was in seemed like I was trapped inside with no outside light or view called a studio room and for this reason I would recommend booking a one bedroom apartment which will have a tiny patio.

The property is in a very well situated. However, it wasn't all that clean - edges around the carpet seemed like as if they have never been vacuumed and curtains etc were not that clean. Furniture was all broken with parts missing and TV never worked. I think the price has gone up but the standard has fallen.
