"They overcharged me a substantial amount of money. I emailed them and it took more than a month to get a reimbursement. There lack of communication and the delay to email replies were appalling. Definately overpriced for what it was."

"I’ve stayed at the Gateway on occasions when I was leaving or departing on cruise from Lautoka. It’s significant that I chose the Gateway when my daughters travelled with me.
Why? It’s so convenient and predictably friendly."

"We found this to be an attractive and very hospitable resort. Our room was well designed and tastefully decorated, comfortable. It faced a little garden full of flowers and birds. The room was totally quiet. The lobby and restaurant were fine. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I'd definitely return. The shuttle to the airport ran frequently."
