Staff was incredibly helpful in answering questions about the local area and in holding our luggage before and after our reservation. All staff we encountered spoke English which is always helpful. Room was clean with only minor evidence of wear (older carpet and marks on walls). Beds were comfy, only complaint is there weren’t enough pillows (which is typical in Japan), but we made do and still slept really well. Little to no road noise, with an awesome bakery down the street. Would absolutely stay here again!

施設は清潔で、スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。ツインの部屋は広くはなかったが、ほぼ寝るだけだったので問題はなかった。 朝食付きプランだったので、一階のレストランで朝食ビュッフェが楽しめた。ひつまぶしが朝から食べれたのは予想外。他にも名古屋グルメがあって満足でした。 中心地から近いので観光するにもちょうどいい立地なのもグッドポイントです。
