Its a standard business hotel. The location is in Sakae. The room was not cleaned properly, when we stayed there are some hair on the sheets and they will only clean the room once every 3 days.

ベッドに寝転がるとエアコンがゴ ロゴロうるさい以外、コンビニも近くあり便利です。 　しかし、チェックアウト時間の25分以上前から、誰かが2､3分おきにドアノブを「ガチャッ」「ガチャッ」と鳴らしました。 　部屋には折りたたみ式の箱があり、使用済みのリネン類を午前11時までに廊下に出すよう書いてあったので、催促されているのかと思い箱を出しましたが、その後も「ガチャッ」は続き。 　廊下を覗いてみると、外国人らしき男性がメイク作業をしており、ガチャッと鳴らしたのかを尋ねると、「チェックアウトノ　カカリノヒトガ　ヤッテイマシタ」とのこと。チェックアウト時間を尋ねると、「エート　12ジデス」と間違った答えを返されました。 　後味が悪かったので、チェックアウト時にフロントの女性に伝えましたが、彼女は機械的に「申し訳ありません」とひとこと言っただけでした。 客を早く帰すための常套手段なのかなと感じてしまいました。 Aside from the air conditioner making a loud rumbling noise when you lie down on the bed, there's a convenience store nearby, which is convenient. However, starting more than 25 minutes before checkout time, someone kept rattling the doorknob every two or three minutes. There was a collapsible box in the room with instructions to put used linens in the hallway by 11:00 AM, so I assumed they were prompting me to do that and put the box out; yet, the rattling continued even after that. When I peeked into the hallway, I saw a man who appeared to be a foreign national doing housekeeping work. I asked if he had been rattling the door, and he said, "The checkout staff was doing it." When I asked him the checkout time, he gave the wrong answer: "Um, it's 12:00." It doesn't make me feel good, so I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk upon checkout, but she just recited a robotic "I apologize." It made me wonder if this is a standard tactic to rush guests out. In contrast, the APA Hotel right across the way displays the checkout time on the TV, which gives you peace of mind.

千種で早朝仕事だったので利用。部屋の設備、広さ、立地の良さ、コストパフォーマンスはとても良い。自分は朝食ビュッフェが嫌いなので、あまりホテルで朝食はしないです。ここは定食が選べて、味も良く、手間がかからないので本当に良い。

客室は綺麗だし、スタッフ対応も良かったです。名古屋名物モーニングを食べに行くか迷いましたが、滞在時間もタイトだった為、ホテルでゆっくり食事を取りました。和洋4タイプのプレートを事前に選んで時間指定で頂くスタイルで、美味しく頂きました。また、機会があれば利用したいホテルでした。

こちらの重大な不手際で大変なご迷惑をおかけしてしまったのですが、ホテルの方々が非常に温かく、寛大なご対応をしてくださいました。 本来であれば厳しい対応をされて当然のところ、こちらの立場に寄り添った神対応をいただき、感謝の言葉もございません。 本当に素晴らしいホテルだと思います。

スタッフの方は親切で丁寧です。 全体的に設備は古いと思いますが、寝るだけのためだったのであまり気になりませんでした。 立地が賑やかな場所で、人により不安に感じるかもしれませんが、駅からもう比較的近く、近くにコンビニやドラッグストアもあるので便利でした。

部屋の中はとても綺麗に掃除されており快適でしたが、一歩ドアを出ると廊下にゴミが落ちていたりしたので、少し減点しました。ただ、このホテルはマンションのような作りで、廊下が外のような感じになっているため、道端にゴミを捨てるような感覚でお客さんが散らかしてしまうのかもしれません。もちろん道にゴミを捨てるのも良くないのですが…。でも、コスパはとても良いホテルです。ちょっと周囲がホストクラブ密集地で夜は女性一人で歩くのは気が引けましたが、お夕飯時間くらいまでは何の問題もなく、地下鉄の駅からも近いので、またお世話になりたいと思います。
