"We had a great time staying here (almost 4 weeks) Pro : location fab - lots of restaurants along the strip, favourite Nikita’s. just 10mins in a grab to Naihan beach. Pools are great, if not a little small but people come and go so you can usually get a Lounger. Towels provided in your room . The grounds are beautiful- there’s one maintenance guy that seems to do everything ! Our room was dated but clean . Beds so comfy and sheets crisp . Nice balcony area..laundry a must - the lady is so helpful (and cheap) People in Rawai are friendly and helpful. Cons : whilst the pool is maintained and cleaned , and the grounds are swept , the loungers/shades and patio around the pool could do with a jet wash. Plus more then one of us have caught our foot in the pool from old lights that have been removed ? Breakfast - get there between 7&8 to ensure everything is available - cups, butter, Cuttlery etc it could also do with a good wash on the floors and windows ! Breakfast ok - staff do their best. The beach nearby is for boats only . Not sunbathing ! Also said theres a winery attached . Not true ??! Also no rooftop bar (or any bar within the hotel ) so definetly needs updating (on Expedia for sure) Would we stay here again ? Yes - it is value for money , if you can over the nooks and crannies ! "

"5 stars across the board. SunSuri Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The property is very clean, the pool area is beautiful, and the food was amazing. The daily breakfast spread was hands down the best we’ve ever had — huge variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend SunSuri if you’re staying in Phuket."

"Had an amazing week at the Navatara hotel. The hotel staff were incredible kind and helpful from arrival to when we left, with the room also being spotless every time we came back. The hotel is in a great location next the some lovely restaurants, bars, and relatively close beaches. The hotel offers free buses to nearby beaches and the nearby sunset spot, all of which are a 5 minute drive. It’s also right next to a 7/11. Though we didn’t eat much at the hotel, the food and drinks we did have were great. The room we had was spacious and we were given fresh towels and water every day with fast WiFi. The hotel also has a nice pool and sunbeds available for quieter days. The hotel also has an airport transfer service at a reasonable price. Thank you again for having us! Joe and Savannah"

"So everything was fine, the problem is that there is a lot of noise in this area because there is construction going on around it. And there is a lot of noise from cars from the main road, but inside the rooms it is very pleasant to be, when of course the windows are closed, the air conditioning is really fantastic. So overall we were very satisfied. The hotel staff and the dining room are commendable."
