"The hotel staff were so kind and welcoming. We booked this trip very last minute to attend one of the World Cup games. I’m incredibly grateful the staff suggested we take the Boston express bus option as transport to the game. Many other options were suggested to me, but figuring out the best one was overwhelming since I’m not from the area and had a short window to research options. "This hotel was in a very unsavory part of the city. There were junkies surrounding the hotel (I could guess 5-10 within a block at any given time). The front desk assured me a two block walk to the quick mart was safe but on my way I experienced several homeless aggressive experiences. Walking in the middle of the busy road, screaming at each other, etc. but then when I got to the quick mart the doors were locked. You could only purchase items from a window.
