"宿泊数週間前に駐車場についてメールで問い合わせをしていましたが、一向に回答が来ない。再信しても結局当日になっても回答がありませんでした。施設の面で、女子風呂の洗い場の排水が悪く、泡と髪の毛が水溜まりになっており、清掃に入られることなく、徐々に排水していくのを待つ状態。また、部屋のユニットバスの洗面台の蛇口を捻っても水が出てこない。しばらくすると勢いよく出る。ホテルの外観は写真では煌びやかな感じで印象が良かったのですが、実際は•••••期待外れでした。アメニティもいまいち。浴衣が長年使ってた感じ。唯一、郷土料理の提供とスタッフさんの対応が良かったです。"

The main draw to staying here was the hot springs. I was relieved that my tattoo was not an issue in the baths. I would love to come back and stay longer next time!"
