"We stayed in the renovated room. It was very clean and comfortable. Lawson Convenience Store located inside the hotel is a plus, it sells various hot and cold food, even hot coffee. The free shuttle bus from and to Narita airport is very good as well. Highly recommended if you arrive at night at Narita; since the immigration clearance procedure could be very long."

"Breakfast is a little expensive compared to others. Wouldn’t make this your main place in Japan just beginning or end as the Tokyo bus costs 10$ per way and last bus is at 9pm but really nice stay with free shuttle to Narita airport Narita city."

"I like the convenience of having a shuttle go to & from airport all terminals. Also, you don’t have to schedule anything. Just wait in line for the shuttle. The rooms were very clean. Absolutely no noise after 10pm. So quiet. I was on the 6th floor. Breakfast was pretty good. Line was long in all directions but moved at a good pace. Will return again. Last thing. They have a small 7-11 shop inside the hotel. I stayed at the Honkan side. Shuttle bus go to both hotels. They’re next to each other. Nice setup."

"No AC in the hotel room, the portable fan turned off every 15 min. Breakfast buffet was mid. Staff was friendly but it was very difficult to get an extra pillow. On a positive note, I’m sure this hotel was super cool and nice in the 80’s but now it feels super outdated. Worst hotel out of all 5 that we stayed at in Japan this 16 day adventure "
