"This is the ONLY hotel we’d stay in going forward when traveling in Busan with kids! So many thoughtful amenities and the Josun Junior kids suite was the highlight for my kids. They loved having their own mini space and special bed setup (ours was the Forest theme), and I loved all the wonderful details like the Mustela baby lotion and bathing gel, free stroller/crib rentals, onsite washer/dryer etc. Only complaint was that the elevators are very slow, and can create long wait times during peak hours. Location is fantastic with Haeundae beach literally steps away. Staff was very professional and eager to assist. This hotel has everything and more, and sets the bar for all other hotels in the area. We can’t wait to come back here on our next trip to Busan!"

"The hotel is beautiful, but the carpets were dirty and there was a slight musty smell. The bathroom amenities were also very limited—they only provided soap and shampoo, with no other basic toiletries. Overall, the hotel is nice, but there are some areas that could be improved."

"Room is spacious and clean. Our room faces the harbor and it was really nice at night. Busan International Festival is right in front and have night market there too. So, location is perfect and only a 10 mins drive to Busan Station."

"Wonderful hotel with excellent amenities. We had two interconnecting rooms (1 Deluxe Twin Room, Ocean View (Main Building) and 1 Deluxe Double Room, Ocean View (Main Building)) which was great for our family. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the facilities were superb: we enjoyed using the arcade games room, the pool and the spa."
