"Good hotel, however not a resort. Excellent rooms and helpful staff. Nice to have 2 kayaks and 1 canoe, however with broken or missing paddles. Which resort has no working restaurant on site? Staff comes in only for 2 hrs a day. God forbid you need anything from the staff outside those hours, good luck with the "emergency" phone number."

"Jen helped me with my bags and took the time to talk. A lovely woman. She’s so welcoming. The room and bathroom were as spotless as always. The bed and pillows are always so comfortable and the location is right in town so you can walk everywhere. The lake is a short drive as well as hiking trails.
