It is a spacious room with great qualities. Our room overlooks the river and the view at night is particularly pleasant. The breakfast could have been better but it is already very good.

Ce hôtel n'est pas un Shangri-la
Je souhaitais me reposer dans un grand hôtel, j'étais très déçu car le personnel parlait pas anglais pas un seul mot (au niveau du lobby pour boire un verre) impossible de communiquer.
Comparé au Shangri-la Hong Kong, Bangkok et Kuala Lumpur. Cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur au niveau du service.
Le ménage dans les chambres est très approximatif.
Les toilettes étaient très sales.
Le wifi d'une qualité médiocre, des coupures et des coupures

Nice hotel with a good breakfast and dinner buffet restaurant, good Chinese restaurant and fitness center.
Great location for walking and checking out the light and fountain shows. Room was clean and service was great. Will be back in a couple weeks

Lovely hotel with an amazing view over river and the wonderful water fountain light display.
Very large rooms and comfy beds. Staff were helpful attentive and spoke good English

Very disappointing experience, Shangri-La Nanchong having a 5 star name and room charge should be only rated a 3 star hotel (lack of luggage care taker upon arrival, coffee shop half full of customers but none staff attending the place for 10 min, finally the one came can’t speak nor understand English and the customers’ behaviour there that day was acting in inappropriate manner such as someone almost totally lieiing on the sofa chair, some people taking off the shoes with the feet put on the chair and etc.)

Average stay
This is definitely not the usual Shangri-la standard. The room service was very limited and the food is far below 5 star standard. Not really good. The Chinese restaurant service was slow and the food quality is also not good. The breakfast was so-so, I was expecting better but it is a bit disappointing. The view in my room was really great.

Few people know about a Shangri-La hotel in Jiangxi. This hotel is located in central Nanchang with a short drive the square and heritage locations.
We had access to the full breakfast and the Horizon club. Both had great food and great service. This is one of the most child friendly hotels I’ve been to in China. It has a place for the kids to play during breakfast and a larger play place where the gym is. Full sized swimming pool with sauna and hot tub. Gym was well equipped with modern equipment.
Staff was friendly, but English was limited. They have hotel staff with high levels of English proficency, but you might need to stop by the front desk.

Really enjoyed the city and the stay, the city feels like big park. Tina Luo at Guest Relation really helped out with late check out as the flight is at 5pm. I really enjoyed from the moment I arrived, nice view of the city and the river, internet is super fast. Highly recommend for anyone.

room type was not correct with my reservation room
1,one front young lady staff chould not speak english well
2,my reservation of bed type was a single bed and a double bed
but actually 2 single beds, so i was disapointed very much
3,room mini-bar has no goods in it except tea set
4,hotel main buffet restaurant has not delicious foods in it's menu.
