Plenty of seating outside each room and in the commons areas and if you are lucky enough one of the resident cats will grace you permission for pets. "

"Fabulous stay! Quaint cottages in garden setting right in old town. Very convenient to Duval St. Wonderful staff, nice breakfast. Rental bicycles available on site for $20 a day. Clean room, mattress was a little hard for my preference but that was the only tiny negative. Would go back!"

"The hotel is sparse in amenities and luxury. The rooms are adequate. The bathrooms are tiny. The best part is location, so if you do not mind roughing it rooms you may enjoy your stay. Small pool is clean, small refrigerator in room, now bell service and nowhere to store luggage as you wait for your room."
