"I've stayed here a couple of times previously and find the hotel well located to access the M4 and Swansea city centre. It has easy access to a wonderful beach and the marina with nice surroundings overall. The parking is very convenient and easy with ample space and located in front of the hotel. The staff are wonderful and helpful, with a special mention to the housekeeping staff led by Sarah and the front desk staff who very kindly made me Guest of the Day, which was very nice touch and greatly appreciated. The rooms are comfortable and quiet with comfy beds, though the air con units can be a little loud when in use. I always enjoy my stay here and intend to stay again."

"I shared a twin room with my sister staying for two nights. The room was clean and well serviced, however, there was very limited wardrobe space for long dresses and trousers. To make more space we had to move the ironing board from the wardrobe which wasn’t ideal. The staff were welcoming and friendly and anticipated our needs by offering to carry our cases down the few steps when the small lift at the entrance wasn’t working. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot food and pastries."
