"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. When I arrived, I was told that the property was oversold and that my confirmed reservation could not be honored. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of effort to resolve it. No alternative accommodations were offered, no assistance was provided in finding another hotel, and there was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. After a long day of travel, being turned away without support is unacceptable. Overbooking may happen, but how a hotel handles it is what matters—and in this case, the response was careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience."

"Love the location and the rooms are lovely. The only drawback to the rooms is the lack of soundproofing. Floors and walls are so thin, it is a distraction. Perhaps other sections of the property don’t have the same issue, but rooms in the Plaza building would benefit greatly from insulation. "
