"We stayed in room 311 and it was clean and the beds are comfy. This hotel may have had some upgrades and remodeling post 2024 because the reviews from back then are mostly negative. The staff were friendly (especially Gary). We will def stay here again. Very close to restaurants and local wineries (lots to choose from too). "

The check in staff was friendly, the manager was understanding of our situation, the room was super clean (had to unplug the air freshener as I am sensitive, but it smelled good) the fresh cookies were really good and made us feel special, the hot tub was clean (and I am very picky about that that I actually got in) and it was a perfect temperature and relaxing, the morning breakfast was good and varied and our checkout was smooth! My husband and I loved it and will definitely come back anytime I come to Napa! Many thanks and blessings to all at the Elm House! : )"

"The hotel was elegant and beautiful. The staff was amazing. Rooms were superbly comfortable and clean. I booked olive and hay and the ember steakhouse and I was not disappointed. Rooms service options are great and convenient- I had mimosas, a bread basket, strawberries and cream and macaroons! The vineyard is a great morning hike and the pool is heated.
