Located just 10 mins from 5th Ave. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional and we received room service every day. Would highly recommend."

The AC works perfectly to keep our room cool, the distance to the park for the pickleball tournament was close and easy, the room was spotless, the pool was refreshing, the pickleball court was fun, the continental breakfast was the perfect amount and everyone was always so nice and helpful. "We switched our reservation from the 4 Seasons to the Escalante and are so glad we did so. It was walking distance to the town but a completely secluded, hideaway. It was so relaxing, clean and beautiful. We loved the staff and music. We absolutely will return and highly recommend to others!"

The pillows are oddly small given the scale of the rooms, the bathroom amenities are bare-bones — no moisturizer, no shower cap — and there's no complimentary water to be found anywhere. At close to $300 a night, you'd expect the basics to be covered. They weren't."

Coffee shop is the only place for breakfast..45-1 hour wait time. & the place is full of cooking smell ..you smell like bacon grease for rest of the day. Toilet leaks on floor. Staff are not nice or hospitable ..indifferent at best"

"Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast good as usual. One comment on fitness room: the elliptical handles were covered in duct tape. Functionally, this was okay but appearance-wise it was kind of unprofessional."
