Comfort and clean

Staff were kind, good enough choices for breakfast, onsen was comfort, love the outdoor onsen, room was clean and comfortable. Restaurants around the hotel by 5 minutes walk. If you want to go shopping, there has a very big Aeon mall, driving distance by car 10 mins

Very clean hotel as all stay in customers are required to take off their shoes to change the hotel slipper before step into the lobby after check in at front desk. Sufficient parking lots. Spa facilities is very good. Sufficient space for changing and clean up position.

ホテルスタッフは皆マスクからでもわかる笑顔の対応で親切だった。 大浴場も清潔に管理され隅まで清掃され快適。 シャンプーバーも用意され楽しむことができた。 4歳児と大人2名でツインの部屋にし、シングルベッドを移動させ引っ付けたが」クイーンサイズベッドぐらいになり子連れにも最適であった。 防音性もよく、子供が多少騒いでいても外へは漏れにくい（少し聞こえる）程度。廊下にフィーリング音楽が流れているが少し部屋内にも聞こえてくるのは少し気になった。 朝食は非常に美味しく、鍋、天ぷら、炊き込みご飯など楽しめた。

温泉が最高に気持ちいいし、部屋も広くて快適でした　 スタッフの方々の笑顔と対応も良かったです 少残念なのは館内用のスリッパがとても歩きにくい。そういう作りなんだと思うんだけど高齢の方や足の悪い方だと転倒の危険があるかと思うので早めに別のタイプに変えたほうが良いのではと思います あと部屋にある椅子の端の方が潰れるので座りにくいと感じました また泊まりたいと思う素敵で気持ちいい宿でした ありがとうございました
