"I wasn't told of any internet password when I checked in. So, no internet all night. I checked in at 4 and got key and then had to get to a golf event which started at 5. I was back in room by 9 pm after that golf event and the office was closed by between 8 and 9! Tried to call twice for a couple things (like to know internet password) and zero answers. Left a voice msg and no response even in the am. No security for loudies beside me and when not packed, (pretty empty there), just...

"The studio had a kitchen but absolutely zero dishes, utensils, or pots/pans. The purpose of renting a space with a kitchen for two days was to enable cooking. This is an easy fix. Thanks"

"In 2026, no hotel should have choked - or tiered - internet. I couldn't watch videos because I would have had to pay extra - for the kind of high-speed internet that nearly every hotel provides for free."
