"The room is clean, decor needs updating. Onsen bath was exceptional, clean, relaxing, therapeutic, can potentially wipe away aches and pains of body and mind. Staff are polite, helpful and treats guests with courtesy. I did not try restaurant, but plans to do so next time, as the menu looks good and prices are reasonable. Free shuttle service to shops and airport was well appreciated. Thank you ART Hotel for my wonderful stay."
