As for the pet fee we do follow ADA compliance and according to ADA law as of 2023 emotional support dogs (ESAs) are pets and not service dogs. Therefore, they would incur a pet fee when traveling which you were informed at check-in. As for the pool, we did notify you before check in and you even went to the pool to test it and said that it was ok, then proceeded to check in. We do apologize that things were not to your standards, but we did everything we could to inform you of the pool and the pet fee upon arrival. The pool is heated to 85 degrees and your body temperature is 98 degrees, sometimes this does seem to be cooler to some people. However, we cannot raise the temperature about 85 degrees because then it becomes a spa. Again, we apologize for the pool issue and thank you so much for your feedback.
