The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I think the rooms could have been cleaner. We really enjoyed the super clean pool and hot tub! It was nice that they allow pets! All in all we had a nice stay!

Not really anything good to say about this hotel. Reserved 2 rooms. One had not been cleaned from prior stay and we arrived at 8:30 pm. The morning after our arrival the elevator was inoperable and remained so for the remaining 3 days. Ice machines available to the public were inoperable and by all appearances had been for quite some time. We received no housekeeping for the entire stay and had to request clean towels and emptying of the trash. No pool towels available. Public trash cans overflowing most every day. I'm sure this is not a complete list of grievances as they were numerous. Hopefully enough to discourage anyone from wasting their money. I did contact the corporate office and they were no help at all.

Overall my trip went smoothly with a few things to comments that I noticed about the room. It was clean over all. I'm not one to complain about this but it would have bothered someone else, the toilet paper roll was not new, it was half used and was a completely different type of paper from the extra roll on top of the toilet which makes me question if the bathroom was properly cleaned. Another thing is that the vent fan in the bathroom was covered in visible dust around the edges. Another slightly annoying thing, especially as a female, was that there wasn't a second trash can in the bathroom, only the one in the main room. The breakfast options were very minimal and the coffee was terrible, I would suggest they try a different kind. I don't typically leave reviews like this and have never experienced this at any other LaQuinta Inns that I've stayed at.

The property was nice, right next to a Cracker Barrel so I didn't have to go far for dinner. The pool and hot tub were nice. Unfortunately, there were no properly sized towels in my room, so I had to ask at the front desk. Luckily the guy was able to provide. Breakfast was good, WiFi worked well
