Staff was friendly, room was beautiful and modern but very small. Unfortunately entire stay was ruined because we parked in the lot next to hotel marked hotel parking and our car window got shattered along with 5 other cars, so either valet or park on garage!!!

Thompson Nashville, by Hyatt
The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is very clean and has a comfortable and laid back atmosphere. The coffee shop, bar and restaurant were very good. My family and friends will be staying there again.

Everybody and everything was 5 star excellent. The night crew at the front desk where stellar. We enjoyed our hotel drivers as well.
