They had no rooms available

So I did not get to stay at this hotel b/c they had no rooms available and I was not informed until it was time for me to check in. Therefore I had to find another hotel on the day I got here cause me a headache and a ton of money!!!! & I am still waiting for me refund!

Pésima experiencia

El lugar nadie en la zona lo conoce, no lo puedes ubicar, domicilio sin número, no pudimos encontrarlo y tuvimos que buscar y pagar nuevamente hospedaje en otro sitio.

It's not bad but could be better

This was more like an apartment than a hotel. I never saw the staff. The Ac began to leek and I turned it off I couldn't get a hold of anyone. The place cold have been cleaner. All in all it wasn't that bad. It was reserved had Ac ( the one that worked) some silverware was provided if you wanted to cook. Doesn't look like the pictures though be forewarned

I got RIPPED OFF !!!

I got a confirmed reservation for a Sunday arrival plus 3 more nights. Expedia debited my account the same day that I made the reservations. I arrived Sunday between the 3pm and 6pm check-in time frame as instructed. No one was on site. I went to their office. No one was there. I stayed about until after 6pm. No one ever showed up to check me in. I was left out on the street to find anoth$er hotel. I returned the next morning. The gentleman explained to me that they do not have personnel to check in arrivals on Sunday so no one is admitted on Sundays. He also informed me that he had no record of my reservations and they did not have any openings that day. I have been trying to get a refund but all I have gotten so far is a run around from both parties and I am still out seven hundred sixty dollars and ninet-five cents.

Stay away!

Horrible... No soap, shampoo, toilet paper! Toilet ran constantly in 1 bathroom and had been in disrepair for some time. Had to reset flapper after each use. Called mgmt company, nothing done. This apartment was in a dirty neighborhood with few street lights. Won't stay here again

No hot water,tv or heat in room bed was also completely flat..Had to call my bank to report as fraud..It looks like a vacant apartment complex only renting the end unit..Bad movie scene at best

absolutely under no circumstances do not get this. this is in a gated community and security will not let you in. you can't reach the office when needed. we were stuck outside the gate and could not access the room that we paid for. Hotels.com and star self would not issue a refund for the inconvenience. we were escorted off the premises by the police

Terrible customer service.

Terrible staff and customer relations. Cancelled on me at 2am the day I was supposed to arrive, tried to rebook my party who paid for the 2 bedroom apartment into a 1 bedroom hotel room. Abhorrent. Wouldn't refund money when they couldn't accommodate us.

Our reservation was very last minute and we asked for an early check in and they were able to accomadate us which was awesome! The office was a little difficult to find our room phones did not work so we were unable to make any local calls for a taxi and such. Other than that our villa was amazing and staff was very nice!

I was there for a day as Expedia has unlisted hotel with 40% discount so I used it as I was there for a day, no tissue paper, no toiletries. As i straight go to the meeting and I'm evening around 6 I called for my reservation and location, nobody picked up the phone after several try someone picked and told me office is closed after 6. So I request and someone meeting me out side the office. And from there property is so far almost 20 min drive from there office. When I finally reached, guy told me to wait for few min to fixed the bed and stuff. In short it is not for business traveler.

Good central location with spacious apartment.

We were shocked that there was no toilet paper, no paper towels and too few towels. When one stays only two nights, one does not come equipped with these kinds of items.

Nice hotel but no hotel transportation.

The hotel was nice but did not include toiletry, transportation was hard to access and was not close to the beach. Was difficult to leave in a gated community when you are walking so my kid had to squeeze through a crack to access the gate. And there was no hospitality of welcoming our stay or weather we needed anything.

Great, comfortable place to stay

The Benito is NOT a hotel. They just rent one of those time share condominiums. There is no maid service or anything like that. You need to pick up the keys at an office 500 m away from the actual condo complex. A girl will drive with you, show you the place and let you know that you can phone her if there is an emergency. Other than that you need to figure it out yourself. It is a fairly new building (less than 5 years), 100 m away from a big supermarket and a few food places. There was a telephone and ordered food and called taxis when needed. You can also receive calls. Rooms are good, no blackouts though, so do expect light coming in during night. Bathrooms are good, kitchen has dishes for 4 people a dishwasher, full size refrigerator. Living room is spacious, well illuminated, but only 4 chairs in the whole place. If you are more than four you will have to move and seat on other pieces of furniture (coach, a small table, etc). We had two 32 inches tv's (although the website says a 55 inches one). There is a washer and drier in suite. Swimming pool is clean, but smaller than what appears to be in the website photo. You can access the beach (Cable beach, public sector which is narrower than expected)in a 10 minutes walk. Overall, a great comfortable place if you understand that it is not a hotel and willing to call a taxi for anything you want to do.

Big chains across entrance

Not sure if this hotel has totally closed down or just chains guests in behind a huge fence by 9pm. We pre-paid over $300 for the night online. Only after paying we discovered that there is a £100 cleaning fee on top of that and the front desk is only open 9-6 so no check in or check out at other times! It is in a slightly dodgy part of town and none of the taxi drivers we asked had heard of it.

More clean. Need vacuum. Need Chairs and loungers at pool ( nice pool ) new bedding More info on how to get to town(kinda far) bus stops at 7 pm, beach and grocery close! Probably the best value on island. Nice people but need more keys for rooms. Hall smells like urine needs airing and cleaning and scrubbing of base of wall.

Not as described

The condo was beautiful and clean but not as described. I booked this place because it offered 1 King 2 Queens 1 Murphy bed. Enough for 8 people. When we arrived there was only 1 king 1 queen and 2 twins. Not enough for all of us and my son had to sleep on the sofa. As well the queen bed only had a top sheet no blankets. So was a very uncomfortable night. The place was clean and nice.

Not my best choice

Realty Shores confirmed pick-up from the airport but upon arrival no one was there to meet us. I had to use my cell phone on roaming in order to call the office and find out that the driver was over booked, but I was not notified prior. Therefore I had to get a taxi driver to speak to the Manager in order to get directions to the condo. While the condo layout was nice and spacious, the cleaner did a poor job. The stove was filthy, the dish cloth smelled sour & stinky, the counter had cereal from the previous guest, the shower had hair from the previous guest, no trash can in the kitchen and a booger was on the sheets in 1 bedroom. When we made a complaint about the cleanliness of the condo the Manager did not seem to concerned nor did she offer to waive the cleaning fee. Also there were items in the bathroom that were rusted. As they were not essential I felt that they could have been discarded. They say they offer a starter toiletry pack which included 2 rolls of toilet paper and half empty travel size shampoo and conditioner. This was my birthday trip and since I was unhappy with the location and cleanliness of the room we checked out after 1 night, even though I had to pay for a total of 5 nights.

Great customer service

Booked a villa last minute due to flight changes. Manager, Ms. Knowles, was very helpful. Met us at 11 pm which was far later than the listed 6 pm end time for check in. Very good about calling us back any time we had a question or needed something.
