"The check in process was horrible! The room was clean but the outside wasn’t the best. I saw a dead rat. There was no internet at all, we couldn’t watch tv . I would not recommend this property nor will so stay there"

"Beautiful property with so many activities that a week is not enough. However, the staff are rude, not helpful and just come off as cold, like no one is happy to be working there. Food quality is mediocre, service is terrible. We travel a lot, all over the world, I have yet to visit any other country ..."

"The costumer service is terrible, I haven't seen never such bad costumer service. Ar the front desk Miguel terrible, all staff really bad except one person and her name is Jazmin. Never going back to that hotel and I won't recommend it"
