"Hotel is in serious need of a remodel/refresh. Curtains in room stained, carpets threadbare in places. Floor in bathroom felt like it’s about to come up. There was a sign in lobby saying they’re resurfacing toilets & bathtubs-they need it! Doesn’t excuse the wad of hair left in drain."
