We had an unfortunate plumbing issue early in the morning of our last day (due to the early morning hour, no maintenance person was available, but the front desk clerk was quick to get us into a different room quickly). "The staff were very helpful and friendly as was the manager. We especially liked the nice young lady who was cleaning in the breakfast area. She was so polite and helpful attempting to answer our questions. When she didn’t know right away she found out for us. No problems at all with our stay. Not a big fancy spot but felt safe and the room were clean. Pool looked nice as well. Breakfast was fine. Would stay again."

The owner provided clear and easy to understand instructions. It had everything we needed and would happily stay here again."

"We were told upon arrival that we could not test in the room we booked due to a water leak and mold. Moved to another room that also had mold. Decided to cancel the stay after seeing this. Reached out to oyo as well as Expedia. Expedia was helpful on reaching out to staff about the cancellation policy and a refund. I was told they waived the cancellation and would issue a refund since we provided proof of mold. Nothing has since been processed and I am unable to contact anyone."
