"We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. This is one of the the nicest rooms / properties I have ever stayed. The night shift employee helped us get a motorbike after 9pm and the day shift lady...

"We stayed in Villa 4, one of the 3 bedroom villas. Spacious rooms and great patio area with lovely private pool. The rooms and pool were cleaned regularly, and towels changed as well. Every day, we got given 4 bottles of water and more coffee capsules and tea bags.
