"Stayed in a suite. Room was very spacious and clean, it had a nice work area. Cons - the AC in the bedroom wasn't not cooling but maintenance came and sorted it out. The toilet water kept running so I think it needs a new flopper ball, Other than that the stay was very comfy and room service was available and the staff was courteous."

The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked. treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating. AC was in the living room only. If you turn the shower on water would be sprinkling out the shower onto the floor and wall. The shower curtain and shower was all moldy. The walls was dirty and the bed spread had brown stains. "On my visit the cleaning staff forgot to clean the room for 1 day out of my 9 day stay or they forgot to put soup or a shower mat back in the room after cleaning. This hotel is good only just for sleeping and not to stay and enjoy the pool or to relax at.
