I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!"

"I got there to do my check in and they told us the don’t have the room I did reserved, they give another option for 40$ more and they blame Expedia for the wrong price. I didn’t like they don’t accept any credit card or debit card. There was no hot water either. They are nice"

The room was meticulously clean, the building is beautiful, but the best part was Mario and Blanca who made us feel like family the moment we walked through the door. "Airport shuttle driver waiting for me at airport with my name on a sign. Return ride to airport was on time as promised. Breakfast was great! Hernan was a gracious host. He made sure I had everything I needed. He even booked a tour for me and another guest in which he took the time to be our guide and driver. Great stay! Thank you Hernan!"

"This is a beautiful little hotel and I was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. But this isn't a 4 star hotel. It's a very good 3 star. There just aren't the amenities you would have expect for a hotel in the 4 star range"

"The property is located in a great location in Quito, lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. You need to press a buzzer to have a staff member come and physically let you in every time. An automated unlock would be nice but not huge issue. The breakfast was good, they cooked fresh eggs to your liking. The only detractor was some cleanliness issues with our room, mainly a used bar of soap left in the shower from a previous guest....
