"Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning. The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests. Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc. Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber."

"If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. "

"The overall stay was good. However, the room we received was not as in photo that is shared on the web sites and had a dark wood bed. The bathroom had an old-style sink and water was all over the countertop. On a positive side, the room was clean and spacious, friendly staff. Location is pretty quite, a bit far from the cafes or the main road. There is no sea view. At least not from the room that we were in. I would not say it is a 5-star hotel, but a good hotel for Business travellers and...

"Excelente ubicacinio, Isaac, Yanibeth y Doris en el retaurante excelente servicio al igual que el chef Carlos. Las recetas en el retaurantr han cambiado nos nachos han bajado la calidad ya no llevan la carne rica molida y las brochetas muy acidas eo encurtido. Se requiere mehorarla. Pero fueron consciente y lo reconocieron. Excelebte servico. Recomiendo la pasta fetuc ine con xamarones riquisima."

"Well maintained and stocked apartment with wonderful ocean views. However, communication with the owner/manager left a lot to be desired. When I entered the apartment, I noticed that the bedroom was missing its television. I reached out, and received a fairly speedy, friendly response from my host that s/he would hasten to install a tv in the bedroom - sadly, the host went eternally silent and there was no subsequent follow-up. This was a little disappointing. Otherwise, a great place to unwind...

"Place is nice enough- it is a Waldorf Astoria and at least makes an attempt to live up to the brand reputation. However, I stayed there when it was pretty new maybe 10 years ago and they definitely have let it go a bit. Also staff wasn’t always the most helpful and the amenities were lackluster for a hotel in the Waldorf Astoria family."
