"Overall, it felt like the hotel was cutting corners at every opportunity, at the expense of guest comfort. The weekend breakfast was minimal — scrambled eggs, bread, milk, juice, yogurt, coffee, and waffle mix, all of the cheapest quality. The curtains didn't close all the way, and every light fixture was covered in dust and stains. We even found a live spider on our bed. We booked a suite (king bed + sofa bed) for 2 adults and 2 children, and the room came with only 2 sets of towels. When we asked for more, we were told there were "no extra towels" My husband then saw other guests being handed towels, so he asked again. A receptionist promised to bring them to our room, but after 30 minutes of waiting, we called and a different receptionist claimed again there were no towels. When I pointed out that we had already been promised towels, he asked us to come down and handed us 4 small towels, saying that was all they had. So we had to share 2 bath towels for 3 days. The sofa bed also came with no linens at all. When we called the front desk, instead of bringing them up, they told us to come down and get them ourselves. And when we got back to the room, we found the linens didn't even include a blanket — so we had to make yet another trip downstairs."
