"The staff gave us a warm welcome check in and parking all good . Our room was clean and well supplied with towels etc. The bar food was delicious and served quickly , We were well looked after. The spa and leisure facilities were good too."

"I liked the hotel in terms of its central location in Birmingham, its cleanliness and helpful staff. I think the breakfast was fine but not the best. I was also surprised that anyone can use the lifts without needing to swipe their room card key. I think this needs addressing for security."

"Had a mini break for my birthday weekend. Great service and amenities. Only thing I didnt like was that my room had an ejoining door and the other guest tried to knock/open twice...if you have those rooms they should ne for large occupancy guests."

"Such an amazing stay here! Perfect location, kind staff, comfy bed!!!! Also the vibe of the hotel is so fun!!! Gluten free options at the bar!!! Even gluten free sticky toffee pudding. I can’t recommend this place enough"
