"Our room was not ready and they told us we not get the room we reserved (two queen beds) and that the could give us a king. We had 4 people on our reservation. And the man at the check in desk was very rude. We were there for a concert and expressed concern about making it on time for the show and his response was “are you performing?”- he was very rude while I was being clam and trying to be understanding. "Everything about my stay was absolutely amazing. 10/10, no notes. The restaurant, the speakeasy, the sleeping accommodations were all top notch. The real cherry on top was the service provided by Johnny on check-in. He was friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I have never experienced service at that level and quality. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the DC area. "
