"I always have a great stay here but on this occasion I was very disappointed. The room was small. The hall ways smelt like stale sweat. Remote control for TV was intermittent, had to cast the England game from my phone. No balcony, had to wait nearly 30 mins before getting my room when check is from 3pm you expect your room to be ready :)"

Da es nicht möglich war ein Fenster zu öffnen, war es von großem Vorteil eine gut funktionierende, relativ leise Klimaanlage zu haben. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen (die Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Tür und die U Bahnhaltestelle Canary Wharf ca. 10 Gehminuten)."
