"This place is a run down save the hassle dont book here nothing is compare to the Pictures i book a room nonsmoking and they gave me a rundown smoking room , so i told the employee i cant stay here it smell thru my pores she told me i had to pay extra $ 50 dollars to stay in another room got their at midnight after driving for 5 hours had no other choice to stay the night , in the morning about 8am i told them im checking out and they told me you book for 2 nights and thru 3 party they couldnt check me out i left and booked in another place . Manager rude i told her i will take this above to corporate and BBB she had the audacity to tell me we dont have corporate we franchise and what those that mean so I will tell you very ghetto people working and in the facility save you self my loss was $190 . In this nasty place ai even took a video of the room . I did not even use their shower . They are advertising false buisness with clean rooms etc . "

"This was my family's second time staying at this hotel. The first time we stayed, the pool was being serviced the entire time. Our grandchild was bored and disappointed the entire stay. This stay we could smell someone smoking marijuana when we were in our bathroom. We had to keep the vents on. We are none smokers. The rooms are non-smoking rooms. Also, attendant #69 was the rudest! Even when checking out, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking for a print out of my stay. Even then, she didn't print the entire receipt and walked back to the back before I could let her know. Last, the parking fee should be free if you are staying at the hotel. Its $10 per day if you pay upfront. The first time we were not aware of paying upfront and ended up being charged almost $800 (not exaggerating) in fees for a two week stay. We had to fight with management in order to get them lowered. The location and in-house restaurants are very convenient and the rooms were very clean."

"There was no microwave or frig whichcwas very disappointing. It took 3 days to get an ice bucket. The bed pad and bottom sheet kept pulling off the bed. No coffee or breakfast just pay for items. The room just cost wasn't worth about $80 per night."
