"This was a spontaneous overnight stay in Leicester and we had a marvellous time.
The hotel is in a great location being close to the bus station and everywhere in the city we wanted to visit.
The staff were welcoming and efficient, the room was well equipped and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
On check-out we said we'll be back and we will. "

"No TV, room was a very poor state and dirty. No tea making facilities. No curtain on the window. The free car parking was actually an NCP car park that you have to pay for. Steer clear of this property at all costs. "

"The room had everything I needed & was pretty clean. En-suite shower (no bath but I prefer a shower anyway), sink & toilet were clean & in good condition. Kettle with coffee& tea options were fine & the TV had the usual free digital channels. I've paid a lot more for poorer rooms."
