"I had an amazing stay at Hotel Florida del Inca in Cusco! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed — from arranging transportation to offering great local tips. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with plenty of hot water and good Wi-Fi (a big plus in Cusco!). The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning — I especially loved the fruit, coffee, and eggs...

"This is a perfect place to stay as a family. We have 3 kids and often have trouble finding somewhere big enough. Our space had 2 rooms and a fold out couch, which was great. You get breakfast served right to your room. It was highly convenient to local sites. Check-in was momentarily confusing because there are 2 doors, but it was quickly figured out. The shower had plenty of hot water. Overall it was a great place to stay!"

"O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro turístico, mais próximo do Mercado San Blas. Mesmo assim, me hospedaria novamente lá. A equipe é bem gentil e prestativa. Oferecem box de café da manhã para quando fizer tour antes do horário servido no hotel. Fiquei no último andar, então o quarto não tinha janela. O banheiro é grande, então passava um pouco de frio ao sair da ducha. Se for preciso, eles guardam a bagagem e também oferecem passeios (apesar de serem mais baratos nas agências do centro)."

"El personal muy atento y servicial, apezar que no podiamos desayunar por los horarios de nuestros tours, nos dieron un agua, torta y una fruta todas las mañanas siendo a las 3 o 4 de la madrugada, se cumplió en puntualmente nuestro traslado al aeropuerto, el restaurante muy agradable asi como su personal y alimentos, lo recomiendo ya que esta sobre la avenida donde se encuentran cajeros, antros, agencias de Peru rail e Inca rail y puedes caminar en todo el centro con confianza. Solo un detalle...
