"We loved the spacious room and almost full size kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly. It had underground garage parking which was wonderful in the pouring rain!"

"Stayed for 2 nights with my teens. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. We asked for extra towels, ketchup and forks for our dinner and they brought it up promptly. Front staff had great recommendations for locations to visit, aside from the obvious. Room was very clean, and I loved the slippers provided and robe. My daughter enjoyed the pickleball court. Would definitely stay again."

"Bad start when checking in even though they said they could see my booking my couldn’t let us check in until it confirmed on there system, this took a long time. Then from that the room was not very clean, the fridge was extremely loud buzzing noisy so hard to sleep so didn’t sleep well. So after all that thought oh well let’s go have some breakfast and I couldn’t believe how bad it was. Me and my family took only a couple of mouth fulls and then left because it was so bad. "

"We stayed in the Rosalind Room which has its own private balcony. The room is comfortable and well-appointed. Slightly snug for two adults but we anticipated that given that it’s a bed & breakfast. It’s walking distance from the theaters for the Utah Shakespeare Festival which is why we were in town. Ideal. The breakfast was good and the coffee plentiful."

"There is no staff available to check guests in after 9:30 p.m., but *this information was not available on Expedia.* A phone number is posted on the lobby door for "late arrivals;" it is the lobby phone and can be heard ringing outside. No one answered the phone. Having paid for a room, I ended up with nowhere to stay. Would not recommend to anyone."

"Very clean. Check-in was okay. Front desk staff wasn't there all that often. Wi-Fi was AWFUL. After the first night it didn't work at all. Property isn't well insulated so there's a lot of noise from the street."

"Overall, the property seems neglected. Big stains on the carpets, no towel racks (the bent brackets were there) and the bare floor had not been swept in my room. On the positive side, the elevator came quickly, the ice machine worked on my floor and my room was quiet. The air conditioning worked well and tv seemed new."

"Driving up from behind the property on side streets, I could tell it's a fleabag. The sparkling pool is there for good looks because it's closed. The carpet was filthy, especially around the edges! The mattress cover edges were stained and dirty. Blech!"
