"When we vacationed in Newport, Rhode Island (July 2026) we stayed at the Town and Tide Inn for three days. The Inn, with only 12 rooms, was quiet and personal. The innkeepers were delightful and wonderful at making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are spaciously clean and beautifully appointed with a cottage beach vibe. "We truly enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Inn. The Inn and our room were beautiful, clean and cozy. Liz was super friendly and helpful, and no details were missed. We enjoyed the daily breakfast, snacks, boardgames, and hot tea in the afternoon! Close walking distance to the wharf - but im assuming the Hilltop name was a nod to thier location - it's uphill from the Wharf! Would highly recommend!"

"Upon checkin, I couldn't find the building that the front checkin counter told me to go to. Even upon double-checking, I still couldn't find it. It is simple once you know where you're going but if it isn't obvious they need to have a paper showing the location or they should explain how to walk there. All we got was a person pointing backwards to the left and that wasn't clear enough for us to identify the building."
