Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Frühstück gibt es in einem darunter liegendem Café. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend

The hotel is right in the center of the city. Easy walk to all restaurants and stroll on beach. We also walked up the steps and got to the Nazare light house. Perfect stay for one night.

The room was just the right size for two people, very clean and Melissa the host of this wonderful hotel was very friendly and helpful and very attentive wish I could say the same about other places we stayed. This place has no on site parking so during the high season it can be a bit challenging but for the price it’s worth the stay, can’t wait to return again for another few nights. I highly recommend this hotel !

We arrived late and the self check in process was easy with clear instructions. The staff was so helpful and friendly, I could not have been more pleased with our experience! We will absolutely return to By The Sea and hopefully for a much longer stay next time!

Although an older hotel, the location 1/2 block to the beach was great with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The breakfast was located across the square at their other hotel but was plentiful with bread, cheese, meat, coffee, juice and a warm pastel de nata. As is the case in many small European hotels there isn’t an elevator (a note for those with mobility issues). Nice overnight stop and a good value.

Perfect location - it really is 'by the sea' and close to the heart of Nazare. Hotel has everything you need. We arrived late but the instructions for checking ourselves in and getting the key worked easily. Finding parking on a Saturday evening was a challenge but the hotel gave us several options before we arrived.

Expedia needs to better represent the hotel and amenities. We did not stay in expected hotel, with roof top pool, sea view, or space. We stayed in Annex named building across the street and down several buildings from the seaside hotel. We were unaware of this as well as the narrow staircases needed to be maneuvered to reach our room. Staff were very helpful to carry our luggage however. Very very small cramped space but clean.

We loved the location, and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. The view from our room was stunning and truly refreshing. We would love to come back to this beautiful place and definitely stay at this lovely hotel again!

Nette Unterkunft in direkter Strandlage. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal nett und die Lage ziemlich gut. Die Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein und es ging in der direkten Umgebung kaum Parkplätze.

Great location and the staff were very helpful. It's walking distance to the beach, shopping shops, restaurants and different activities. Aside from the issue we had with the air conditioner not working at times, we had a good time.

Posizione super vicinissima all' oceano, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, vicino a negozi, ristoranti, ecc. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Ambiente piccolo, ma c' è tutto, perfino una terrazza comune al terzo piano.
